Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
TERMS :
We will refund your order provided that the product has not been worn , that it is returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories .
Following your return request, you will receive your stamped return slip by email as well as a return slip to slip into your package.
Once the return has been received and processed, the refund will be made within 24 to 48 hours to the payment method used during the initial order.
The Customer covers the return costs in the amount of €4.95. This amount (€4.95) will be directly deducted from your refund/exchange once your return has been processed by our services.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email to contact@wehaveit.fr and send your item to: 23 RUE ALLART, AMIENS, Sommes / Haut De France, 80000, France.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 23 RUE ALLART, AMIENS 80000, France.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product may vary.
